It’s okay, not to be okay. It’s okay to take time out amongst the chaos of life to pause and reflect.
I created “Reflections” throughout one of the toughest periods of my healing journey. I somehow emerged with this painting. Tranquil, hypnotic reflections evoke calmness and peace. To me, this symbolises, in recognising pain we also become more self-aware, loving, and calm.
