Terms and Conditions

Please read my terms and conditions before you book your artwork.

Copyright

​

Artist retains all copyrights to all artworks including prints. When an artwork is commissioned I reserve the rights to publish on my social media platforms. Please let me know in advance if this could spoil a surprise.

Pricing & Payments 

​

Prices are in AUD.

​

All Artworks- 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on my waiting list. 

The remaining sum is due on completion of artwork. 

Paypal and bank transfers are accepted.

Cancellations, Refunds & Changes. 

​

Clients have 7 days after the deposit is made to cancel their booking. The booking fee will be refunded and client will lose their spot on the waiting list.

​

If cancellation is requested after 7 days, the deposit will be retained to cover administration, planning, the artist's time and materials. Any additional payments made before the artwork has commenced will be refunded to the client. 

​

If the client cancel their order and the artwork has commenced, the deposit plus 30% will be retained to cover administration, artist's time and materials. 

​

If for some reason client is not happy with the completed artwork get in touch and we will resolve the issue. I will give you many opportunities throughout the process to make minor adjustments to your piece.

Packaging & Damage During Transit

​

My artworks are packaged very securely, however if your artwork is damaged in transit please send me a photo immediately and we will resolve the issue. 

​

Privacy Policy

​

Artist will not lease, sell or share private information to third parties.  

​

Waiting Time

​

My waiting list can often be up to 6 months. You will be given an approximate starting date in discussion of artwork. Please let me know upon ordering if you require your artwork for a specific date.
